um...... this seems counter intuitive to its self.... they attack slower.... but you want them to attack fast to steal energy...

to get the same idea and make it more water magic like i asy

10 secs foes move 33% slower when they attack or cast a spell they are interupted and lose 1 energy
cost 25 exaustion cast 2 recharge 45
